This is a special edition of the 2006 Sterling Europa 540.

All documentation from new is available and the van is CRIS registered to me from new.

As a special edition it has upgraded upholstery, extra cushions, removable carpets, 1 extra socket inside and 1 outside in the nearside locker.

The main features of the ‘van are as follows:- 6 berth with end bunks, rear garage door ideal for bikes, blown air central heating, large Heki rooflight, fly screens and blinds, tv aerial, 107 litre fridge, shower (never used) and cassette toilet, alloy wheels, Alko stabiliser, Too much to list.

The van has been serviced annually from new and the service book is stamped to support this, we have been the only owners and are non smokers.

Caravan tyres should be replaced every 5 or 6 years as they spend most of their life sitting in one position 2 new tyres have just been fitted (receipt available). Comes complete with a full size awning and everything you need to go. Aquarolls, cables, wheel clamp, hitchlock, cutlery, dishes, kettle, bbq etc.
